Nice use of atmosphere (the broken lights crunching under Jack's feet, the moving light that turned out to be Ianto's flashlight). Whatever it is, it's obviously sentient and not happy. Jack reocognizing it generally isn't a good sign either.
I like that it spooked Iato-he strikes me as the kind who's not easily scared.
